Digital Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all digital deliverables across multiple client accounts—from concept through completion—including social, blogs, PR, and paid campaigns.
Build and maintain ClickUp project boards, track deliverables, and hold creative, design, and production teams accountable to deadlines.
Act as the main point of contact for multiple clients, managing Slack channels, feedback loops, and campaign approvals with speed and clarity.
Direct the creation of high-impact social and digital content; guide video editors, designers, and copywriters to ensure every deliverable aligns with brand strategy.
Drive brand awareness through media outreach, podcast placement, guest blogging, and collaborations—both for clients and for CLOSINGDAY leadership.
Track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and present actionable insights for improvement. You don't just report—you refine and optimize.
Stay ahead of algorithms, cultural shifts, and emerging platforms. You live online and know what's coming next.
Work directly with the CEO, Creative Director, and Client Success Director to ensure alignment between brand, performance, and revenue.
Manage social communities with agility—respond to DMs, comments, and feedback fast, ensuring each interaction reflects our clients' voice and values.
Keep Dropbox folders pristine, campaign documentation updated, and communication flowing. No dropped balls. Ever.
Qualifications
Minimum
5 years
of professional experience in
digital marketing, client management, or content strategy
, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of social storytelling, digital media, SEO, and brand positioning.
Data-driven mindset : You can turn analytics into strategy and strategy into results.
Fierce communicator—direct, clear, and confident. You can lead clients and teams.
Must thrive in a
high-speed, in-person environment
with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
