As a Sr. Security Specialist you will support SNC's risk-focused security program in the protection of company and customer information, people, and assets. You will facilitate business and mission success through security customer service and efficient administrative security processes. You will manage classified and sensitive material, assist in the development and implementation of security practices to maintain compliance with security regulations, develop and implement security awareness education and training, and participate in security compliance assessments. As a Sr Security Specialist, you will support all facets of SNC's Security Program to include personnel security, document control, DD254 review and preparation, visitor access and control, physical security, and supporting security investigations. You will also have the opportunity to expand your security knowledge across a wide range of security disciplines and participate in internal security working groups and special project initiatives. You will also explore and evaluate emerging technology and solutions, and available enhancements / integrations for existing systems. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications You Must Have :

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in security, military, or administrative fields
• Higher education in a related field may substitute for up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and electronic communication skills
• Thorough understanding of security regulations and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of 32 CFR 117 : National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM)
• Must have current / active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI

This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs. Estimated Starting Salary Range : $108,496.89 - $149,183.22. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education / training / certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
