Part-Time Floral Designer (Contract)

Andre Collective is a Philly-based nonprofit wedding planning organization bringing employment and therapy to female survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking who are starting over after fleeing their traumatic situations. How will you leverage your skill set?

• Meet with prospective couples / clients to understand their event needs and recommend Andre Collectives services
• Make recommendations on design, flowers, greenery, and hardware for each arrangement in accordance with the clients budget and design preferences
• Manage inventory by stocking flowers and floral supplies for events as needed
• Create floral arrangements for various weddings and events
• Work transparently alongside program participants to coach and advocate during all stages of the floral process
• Other duties as assigned

What skills will you need to be successful?

This role will be a part-time contract position. Compensation $20 / hour
