Position Overview

The Warehouse Assistant supports daily operations by managing parts, equipment, vehicles, and shop facilities. This hands-on role helps keep field technicians equipped and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee materials and inventory for Plumbing and HVAC departments
  • Oversee tools and equipment
  • Manage truck inventories
  • Oversee fleet maintenance and repairs
  • Keep shop and yard clean, organized, and safe
  • Deliver parts / equipment to job sites as needed
  • Assist with property care and seasonal maintenance
  • Support the Operations Manager with special projects

Requirements

  • Age 21+ with valid driver’s license & clean record
  • Able to safely drive a trailer and lift 60+ lbs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
