MGRM is seeking a visionary Web Development Architect to take complete ownership of the technical strategy and execution for our global web presence. Core Responsibilities : What You Will Build and Lead :

• Strategic & Architectural Leadership : Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to define, architect, and execute a multi-year web technology roadmap that drives business growth and enhances our global brand. Present technical strategy and architectural blueprints to executive stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear business value.
• Technical Design & Implementation : Architect and govern the end-to-end implementation of our next-generation web platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and performant. Evaluate, select, and standardize best-in-class technologies, frameworks, hosting solutions, and design patterns.
• Intellectual Property & Innovation : Drive the technical design and development of innovative, proprietary web-based applications and platforms that form the core of MGRM's digital IP. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, championing their adoption to continuously improve our online presence.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, manage, and mentor a global, remote team of web developers. Foster a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement through rigorous code reviews, technical guidance, and professional development.
• Execution & Quality Assurance : Serve as the ultimate owner of our web platforms' technical quality and stability. Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical production issues, conduct thorough testing and debugging, and ensure all solutions adhere to the highest standards of security and functionality.
