Qualifications : + 2+ years Dealership F&I Manager required + Strong customer service focus required + Attention to detail and CIT required + Team player that works well with others required + Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals required + CDK experience highly preferred + Ford / domestic experience preferred + Ready to have fun while making customers happy required! The California pay range for this position is $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
