Job descriptionIn-home design consultations with a focus on draperies & fabrics Provide expert advice on color, pattern, and style coordination Measure windows, prepare quotes, and manage orders Build relationships with designers, builders, and referral partners Deliver exceptional customer service from consult through installation Help maintain showroom displays and fabric sample collections Passion for fabrics, textures, and creative design Outgoing, self-motivated, and customer-focused personality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous sales, interior design, or home décor experience preferred Willingness to learn measuring, quoting, and ordering systems (training provided) Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check Competitive commission structure ( $70,000–$150,000+ per year potential Bonuses + 3% IRA match Paid training & sales support team Flexible schedule & use of company vehicle Friends & family discount Fun, team-oriented work environment with a brand-new showroom
