ZS's Digital and Technology group focuses on driving end to end Digital Transformation that includes Digital Strategy, Human centered Design, exploiting emerging technologies, and purposeful change management to improve customer and company results. The types of solutions include Digital Strategy and Advisory services, end to end Transformation Management, Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI, Intelligent Automation, reimagining business processes with digital first lens and building Digital Products, Solutions and Digital Platforms leveraging Big Data Technologies, AI / ML and Advance Analytics, Digital Platform configuration and integrations. We provide a complete spectrum of technology solutions, from strategy and roadmap definition to full scale implementation and on-going operations. Our team possesses deep expertise in leading digital transformation, enterprise data analytics and AI, Data science and advanced analytics and building end to end digital.

Technology Associate Principal

This role will work with Enterprise IT and Business Technology leaders to drive enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance initiatives across multiple clients. The individual will take ownership of large-scale data modernization efforts, leveraging cloud-native solutions, data architecture frameworks, and AI-driven insights to enhance enterprise data capabilities. They will provide thought leadership in data management, platform modernization, and solution architecture, helping clients build scalable, efficient, and high-impact data ecosystems. This role will also contribute to business development, client engagement, and technology advisory, expanding ZS's leadership in enterprise data strategy and digital solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise data strategy and architecture initiatives, advising senior IT and business stakeholders on data modernization, cloud adoption, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and expand ZS's Enterprise Data Management capabilities, helping clients implement data mesh, data fabric, and AI-driven analytics platforms.
• Oversee multiple data transformation engagements, ensuring successful execution of high-impact data and cloud initiatives across commercial, clinical, and supply chain domains.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, creating capability roadmaps, and developing data-driven business cases.
• Manage program governance for enterprise data initiatives, establishing structured cadences, risk management processes, and communication frameworks with clients.
• Ensure seamless integration of data solutions across platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS / Azure, Informatica IDMC, and AI-driven automation.
• Build and strengthen executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and IT leadership on data strategy, transformation, and innovation.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams, ensuring alignment between client objectives, ZS capabilities, and delivery excellence.
• Mentor and develop teams, fostering a high-performance, innovative, and inclusive work environment.
• Stay at the forefront of data and AI trends, contributing to thought leadership, industry insights, and the evolution of ZS's data practice.
