What You'll Do :

• Provide expert nursing care that is age-specific, compassionate, and tailored to each patient's needs.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans while administering medications and performing all aspects of patient care.
• Serve as a patient advocate and educator , ensuring patients and families are informed and supported throughout their healthcare journey.
• Delegate and coordinate care in alignment with Valleywise Health policies, promoting safety and efficiency.
• Lead by example by mentoring and indirectly supervising ancillary personnel to enhance team performance.
• Actively participate in team building and quality improvement initiatives to drive innovation and best practices.
• Demonstrate professional growth through leadership activities and contributions to advancing nursing practice.

Hourly Pay Rate : $35.52 - $52.39

The night shift pay differential will be paid at 18% of the employee's base rate of pay. The weekend shift pay differential will be paid at 8% of the employee's base rate of pay.

OR (other than Peoria) : CNOR certification is preferred. Must obtain ACLS within ninety (90) days of hire or transfer.
