Title : Pricing Manager

What You'll Do

Lead all contract pricing efforts across business units, including RFP responses and award management.

Help design and implement a dynamic pricing tool that incorporates internal capacity data, including carrier quotes & lane preferences, market indices, and historical data to forecast buy rates.

Regularly evaluate industry trends, freight market shifts, and competitor benchmarks to inform pricing decisions

Provide regular guidance and quoting strategy through reporting

Work closely with carrier procurement, sales, and operations to align pricing with service capabilities and margin goals
