Construction Project Manager - Kent, WA
$80-$90k / yr DOE + Performance Bonus + Company Vehicle
Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K
Skills and knowledge :
- Minimum of 2 years of Construction experience with an emphasis on Restoration and / or Reconstruction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic planner capable of managing multiple projects at various stages of construction
- Ability to interpret building plans, estimates, and change orders
- Effective negotiator, a strong understanding of budget adherence and purchase order issuance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional presentation skills with working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel various Cloud-based scheduling software
- Experience working with various jurisdictions and permitting / inspection procedures
- Ability to conduct weekly safety toolbox talks and site-specific safety reviews, including implementing methods to minimize risk
- Established a positive reputation with local subcontractors, preferred
