We are looking for an experience Human Resource Generalist to oversee daily business functions and drive organizational efficiency for our client based in San Jose, California. . This role requires a dynamic individual skilled in operational strategy and human resources management to ensure seamless processes and team success.

Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day Generalist duties
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Management
• Lead onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively into the organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Handle generalist human resources duties, including employee relations and performance management.
• Support recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to address operational needs and team concern
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Human Resources
• Strong knowledge compliance, California laws
• Experience with human resources management software and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to foster team collaboration.
• Proven track record within a HR Generalist position working within tech environment a plus not essential to the role
