Enterprise Agile Tooling Lead

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Enterprise Agile Tooling Lead to join our team. This pivotal role will drive the implementation, adoption, and governance of enterprise-level agile tooling that supports the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in integrating agile practices into SDLC processes. You will be responsible for defining and evolving tooling standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams and control functions to ensure consistent, scalable, and value-driven use of the Development Tooling Platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the organization's SME for Enterprise Agile Tooling (e.g. Jira, Trello, Atlassian plugins, planning poker), managing product backlogs, vendor relationships, upgrades, feature adoption, and integrations.
• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancements of agile tooling ensuring alignment with SDLC processes and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate, select, and configure agile tools and technologies to support efficient software development and delivery.
• Define and maintain key delivery metrics and dashboards (e.g., velocity, throughput, WIP, risk posture) tailored for both executive and operational stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, playbooks, and knowledge assets to promote best practices and consistent usage of agile tooling across the organization.
• Ensure seamless integration of agile tooling with DevSecOps pipelines, CI / CD platforms, test automation frameworks, and governance processes (e.g., risk assessments, code scanning, change management)
• Collaborate closely with engineering, delivery, security, risk, and compliance teams to gather requirements and ensure the tooling ecosystem supports enterprise-wide KPIs, KRIs, KCIs, and policy adherence.
