Associate Attorney Job Summary

Our firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to help with our high volume of trust, trust administration, probate administration and conservatorship cases. No litigation. Your tasks include meeting with clients, drafting legal documents, and seeing the matter through to conclusion. We are looking for someone with a passion for providing personal and professional legal services to each client. The successful client will have a minimum 2 years actual experience in the above practice areas. Attorney has been practicing for 38 plus years and is looking for someone to help manage and take over the practice down the road. The main office is in Elk Grove, with satellite offices in Vacaville and Tracy. Associate Attorney Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting legal documents
• Perform legal research
• Make court appearances as necessary
• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients
