Overview

Position Summary : As a Lead Residential Service Plumber at Metz, you'll be more than a technician — you'll be a leader, problem solver, and customer care expert. You'll take charge of residential plumbing jobs, guide less experienced techs, and ensure every job is completed to the high standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing service calls from diagnosis to completion.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
• Be the on-site point of contact for customers, delivering clear communication and outstanding service.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers to ensure quality workmanship.
• Organize your day efficiently, including tools, materials, and scheduling.
• Identify complex plumbing issues and develop reliable, cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Accurately document work performed, and parts are used in our system.
