Senior Civil Engineer | Ontario, CA

IMEG is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Civil team in Ontario California . In this role you will lead design efforts for moderate to complex municipal infrastructure and site development projects providing technical direction and oversight to a team of engineers. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams deliver innovative engineering solutions and ensure projects meet client expectations and IMEGs high standards. Principal Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for the analysis and implementation of municipal infrastructure and site plans
• Perform site assessments and generate detailed analysis and technical reports
• Utilize engineering software and tools to create detailed designs specifications and calculations according to code requirements and IMEG standards
• Interact with clients to gather project requirements communicate technical information and build strong client relationships
• Provide in-process design reviews and implement IMEG quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry and client standards
• Provide technical training mentoring and assistance in resolving field issues with minimal support from senior staff
• Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in civil engineering; contribute to research and innovation efforts
• Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in all engineering work interpreting and applying state and local design criteria
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions
• Participate in project interviews and presentations

State of California Salary Range : $120000.00 - $150000.00

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant.
