Systems Application Analyst II - EPIC Ambulatory

Designs, builds, tests, coordinates migrations, coordinates training, and provides customer support (including troubleshooting) for the product development that supports Summa Health. Requires deep dives into the workflows of Summa Health. Maintains knowledge of various software functionality and maintenance needs to support the electronic environment of specified service lines. Performs independent prioritization of system initiatives in a collaborative team environment. Provides ongoing mentorship with team members.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and coordinate migration efforts for EPIC Ambulatory software.
• Coordinate training and provide customer support, including troubleshooting.
• Deep-dive analyses of Summa Health workflows to inform system improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of software functionality and maintenance needs for the electronic environment of specified service lines.
• Prioritize system initiatives independently within a collaborative team.
• Mentor and guide team members to set priorities and solve problems with limited direction.
• Adapt to changing environments and lead change when necessary.
