Job descriptionGreet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner Verify insurance and collect copays / payments Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and patient portal Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies Support providers and clinical staff with front-desk administrative needs Flexibly adapt to different site workflows while maintaining consistent service standards Assist with Spravato® administration under physician supervision Conduct Urine Drug Screen (UDS) collection and processing Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accurate documentation and patient safety Previous experience in a medical front office or healthcare setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with EHR / EMR systems (experience preferred but not required) High school diploma or equivalent required Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays Comprehensive in-house training for Spravato® and UDS procedures Supportive, team-oriented work environment Career growth opportunities within behavioral healthcare Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance

Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Patient Service Representative (PSR) – Float to join our behavioral health team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly provide front-office and clinical support coverage across multiple clinic locations. The PSR Float will ensure an exceptional patient experience while receiving in-house training for specialized services under physician supervision.
Schedule & Availability :
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
- Shifts may vary between 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM and 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
