Position Summary :
The Community Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential referral sources and clients for a non-medical in-home care agency. This role combines consultative expertise with proactive outreach to generate business through partnerships, referrals, and direct client interactions. The Community Liaison represents the agency to referral partners and potential clients, ensuring quality service and support throughout the process.
