Job Title : Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler where you will contribute to the production of large HVAC units in one of our state-of-the-art manufacturing plants. As part of our dynamic team, you will gain valuable experience in a clean and organized environment, working on a first shift schedule from 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime opportunities are available and may become mandatory with notice from the production supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly work at one of 7-9 stations, based on training and facility needs.
• Assemble large AC units for commercial buildings, including hospitals and apartment complexes.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools daily.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in safety training.
• Learn and perform tasks such as brazing, soldering, operating machines, hanging and unhanging parts, and conducting quality checks.
• Report any malfunctions or defects to the production supervisor.
• Progressively learn to understand and work from blueprints.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kentwood, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50 / hr.
