About the Role

The Company is excited to invite applications for the role of Director of Development (DoD), who will take the lead in our comprehensive development and public affairs initiatives. As a vital member of the senior leadership team, the DoD will drive our mission forward through innovative philanthropy, powerful strategic communications, and engaging stakeholder outreach.

In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to design and implement a transformative multi-year fundraising plan, spearhead efforts to secure major gifts, and lead a significant capital campaign. Collaborating closely with our CEO, Board of Directors, and fellow leaders, you will build robust donor relationships, enhance institutional communications, and elevate our organization’s standing as a trailblazer in the field.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree (CFRE certification is highly desirable) and have over 10 years of experience in major gift and capital campaign fundraising. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a senior management role that includes engagement with Boards. We are looking for a visionary, strategic, and results-oriented leader with a proven fundraising track record, ideally in partnership with academic and medical professionals.
