Where we work :

This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in our Austin TX office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Youre a finance systems professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, accounting, and business operations. You know how to make financial systems talk to each other ensuring accuracy, compliance, and automation along the way. Youre curious and adaptable the kind of person whos energized by learning new tools and mastering them.

A note about Zuora : This role will work at the intersection of NetSuite and Zuora. Its okay if you have not worked in Zuora Revenue (RevPro) yet. We are looking for someone who is excited to learn the platform through hands?on involvement during implementation alongside our consulting partner.

About this role

As a Finance Systems Business Analyst (NetSuite + Revenue Automation) , youll be a critical member of Udemys Finance Systems team, supporting the implementation of Zuora Revenue (RevPro) and the ongoing management of NetSuite .

Youll work side?by?side with our implementation partner , Accounting , and Finance teams to ensure that our new revenue automation solution aligns with Udemys business requirements and accounting policies. Youll gain deep expertise in RevPro through hands?on participation in configuration reviews, testing, and process validation and ultimately become the system owner post go?live.

This is a high?impact opportunity for someone who wants to broaden their systems expertise, learn from a top?tier implementation, and help shape the backbone of Udemys financial automation ecosystem.
