Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused processes. This role oversees international and domestic shipping and receiving, inventory control, employee training, and performance management to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Daily Warehouse Operations - Oversee all inbound and outbound shipments, including domestic and international logistics. Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
• Inventory Management - Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies. Support initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Team Leadership - Lead and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Shipping & Receiving Oversight - Ensure all shipments are properly packed, labeled, and documented. Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Process Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross Department Collaboration - Work closely with planning, fulfillment, and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve order-related issues.
• Customer Support - Provide updates on key orders, expedite urgent shipments, and support customer service efforts as needed.

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $64,074 to $99,788. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
