Overview

Responsibilities

Manage PR programs from kickoff through to achieving goals, ensuring exceptional client service

Develop and maintain strong media / influencer relationships, particularly within business and broadcast media

Create and edit a variety of written materials, including press releases and award submissions

Lead media training sessions with clients, developing key messages and follow-up strategies

Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or similar roles

Proven track record of client management and achieving PR program goals

Strong writing skills and proficiency in generating a variety of communication materials

Experience in managing teams and developing performance goals

In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and digital / social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Established relationships with consumer tech media

Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns

Ability to think creatively and develop innovative PR strategies

Familiarity with measuring the ROI of communication activities
