Engage clients via phone or virtual platforms, listening carefully to their needs and goals.
Present customized recommendations that provide clear value and peace of mind.
Follow up with clients consistently to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
Track all interactions in our CRM and stay organized in a fully remote setting.
Collaborate with leadership to improve the client experience and your own development.
Requirements
