• Active, unencumbered RN license from the state in which you plan to work\n
• Minimum 6 months of RN work experience\n
• Push, pull, support, and lift a minimum of 80 pounds\n
• Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and walking\n
• Current CPR certification (Basic Life Support preferred)\n

• Ongoing patient assessment and observation to ensure optimum health levels.\n

• Transcribing and implementing written, verbal, and electronic physician orders.\n
• Delegating appropriate tasks to nurse aides and ensuring proper care delivery.\n
• Supervising clinical operations for nursing and clinical care activities.\n
• Performing assessment data collection in an ongoing, systemic manner.\n
• Reviewing and evaluating data collected by other healthcare professionals.\n
• Developing care plans that prescribe nursing actions to achieve patient goals.\n
• Identifying patient / family learning needs and implementing appropriate processes.\n
• Demonstrating effective written and verbal communication.\n
• Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team.\n

All advertised rates reflect the wages ShiftMed partner facilities are currently offering. Hourly rates fluctuate throughout the week depending on the facility you schedule shifts with.\n\nShiftMed adheres to CMS and local Department of Health guidance on COVID-19 vaccinations.
