Job description

Our client, a dynamic player in the dietary supplement industry, is seeking a Data Reporting Specialist to join its team. As a Data Reporting Specialist, you will be part of the P&IL department supporting the Customer Service and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive communication style, and a passion for solving business problems, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Data Reporting Specialist

Location : Valencia, CA

Pay Range : $25 / hr. - $30 / hr.

Shift : Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed) 7am-4pm

Duration : Temp to Hire

What's the Job?

  • Collect, cleanse, and load data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting.
  • Create, validate, and maintain Excel models using pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and develop tools for automation of transactional tasks.
  • Maintain departmental scorecards and KPI tracking reports with prompt, accurate updates.
  • Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of Power BI and Excel reports as needed.

What's Needed?

  • Requires a four-year university degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Computer Science.
  • 2-3 years of data analysis experience using Excel, Power BI, and DAX.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving business problem
