Tax Accountant

A company is looking for a Tax Accountant to join their Accounting and Finance team.

Key Responsibilities :

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual domestic and international sales tax returns

Maintain and monitor sales tax software performance and address issues with team members

Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes for worldwide tax accounts, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred)

Advanced analytical skills using Microsoft Excel and experience handling large data sets

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Experience preparing, analyzing, and filing sales and use taxes (preferred)

Prior experience with e-commerce or retail businesses and familiarity with Avalara, Shopify, and Netsuite (preferred)
