In this leadership role, you'll drive the technical direction of projects, architect scalable systems, and set the standard for coding excellence across both frontend and backend development. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of complex systems, while also mentoring and guiding a team of developers to achieve their best work. Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Set architecture standards and ensure adherence to best practices for frontend and backend development. Build high-performance backend systems using .NET, Python, and C++ and guide the team in building robust, maintainable solutions. Implement and maintain WebSocket protocols and real-time data pipelines for interactive applications. Architect, optimize, and oversee databases (Postgres, SQL, and NoSQL) for high availability and performance. Oversee code versioning, CI / CD pipelines, and enforce quality development processes through Git and automated testing to accelerate software delivery Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Operations) to align technical strategies with business objectives. Set clear goals and performance objectives for developers and align them with broader organizational goals. Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to support team growth and accountability. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture through coaching, mentorship, and recognition. Partner with engineering management to forecast team capacity, hire talent, and plan resource allocation. Encourage continuous learning, technical upskilling, and adherence to best practices. LI-TL1  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 12 to 15 years of experience in full-stack development roles with increasing leadership responsibilities. Proven experience in architecting enterprise-scale applications. Strong understanding of front-end frameworks (Angular, HTML, CSS, TypeScript) and backend languages (.NET, Python, C++). Proficient in database management (Postgres, SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling. Proficient in Git, CI / CD practices, and Agile development workflows. Exceptional leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field. Prior experience leading cross-functional engineering teams. Experience designing real-time data-intensive or distributed applications. Familiarity with additional modern frontend libraries, frameworks, or charting tools (e.g., React, Vue.js, D3.js, Plotly). Knowledge of PLC tools and environments (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff) and experience building tooling for PLC code generation, management, and testing. Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker / micorK8s), and orchestration (Kubernetes) Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code practices.  Technical Competencies Frontend Development : Advanced proficiency in Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Expertise in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and WebSocket-based real-time applications. Strong knowledge of charting / data visualization tools (D3.js, Plotly, Chart.js). (Preferred) Knowledge or experience with micro-frontends Backend Development : Architect-level experience with Java,.NET, Python, and C++. Expertise in API design (RESTful and GraphQL), performance optimization, and distributed systems. Strong background in microservices and event-driven architectures. Database Management : Mastery of relational (Postgres, SQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). Advanced knowledge of database performance tuning, high availability, and ORMs (Entity Framework, SQLAlchemy). Version Control & Collaboration : Expert knowledge of Git and CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD). Experience establishing branching strategies and code quality frameworks. DevOps Skills : Experience with GitHub and managing releases and testing through GitHub actions / pipelines. Experience implementing scalable DevOps pipelines, monitoring, and observability solutions. PLC & Industrial Tooling (Preferred) : Understanding of PLC programming tools and environments. Experience designing software or frameworks that integrate with or generate PLC code to streamline industrial automation processes. Knowledge of Real-time operator panels, SCADA systems etc. Security & Compliance : Knowledge of secure coding standards (OWASP), authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) Leadership Skills : Proven ability to guide teams, set goals, drive technical roadmaps, and foster a collaborative engineering culture. Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business context.
