A company is looking for a Back Office Analyst (Tax and FLS) in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

Perform property due diligence using online resources

Compile reports and send information to clients

Ensure compliance with state requirements and validate construction permits

Required Qualifications

High school degree or equivalent

Experience in real estate or construction in the USA

Advanced level of English reading and writing (B2 / C1)

Ability to work during Colombian holidays to match US schedule

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
