Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Retail Sales Associate works with retail store associates and the management team to champion the PGA TOUR Superstore "Customer First" philosophy by providing a world-class shopping experience to every customer.
• Maximize sales by keeping areas stocked, properly signed, and merchandised, and following all operations processes.
• Greet every retail customer observed within 10 feet within 30 seconds.
• Merchandise and sign their areas to maintain visual merchandising consistency throughout the store.
• Replenish merchandise stock from incoming freight shipments as soon as possible to maximize customer selection.
• Investigate customer requests for items we do not carry and pass information to the supervisor.
• Address customer concerns and resolve them promptly.
