• Access to earnings on a daily basis!\n\nYour Role : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care. Collaboration with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals will be key to your success. You will manage all aspects of resident care, from preventive measures to treatment and education.\n\nIn addition to providing nursing care, you may take on the charge nurse role, facilitating teamwork and delegating tasks to ensure safe, effective care delivery. You'll uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and ethics as defined by the American Nurses Association.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred.\n
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is highly desirable.\n
• Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice, or have multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.\n
