Collaborate effectively with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members, including providers, to ensure comprehensive care. Your role involves : \n

• Conducting resident assessments\n
• Implementing individualized care plans\n
• Coordinating resident care and education\n
• Delegating tasks and providing support to assistive personnel\n
• Ensuring adherence to nursing standards and ethics\n\nQualifications\n\nWe prefer candidates who are graduates from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA). A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is favored. To qualify, you must : \n
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or possess multistate licensure if in a NLC state\n
