Franchise corporation in hyper growth mode is seeking an Accountant with 3-5 years of experience to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, along with practical experience in managing day-to-day financial operations, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Key Responsibilities :

• General Accounting : Perform day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closings.
• Accounts Payable / Receivable : Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Payroll Management : Oversee the payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accurate calculations for salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. Maintain records of hours worked, leave balances, and tax withholdings. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations, including timely submissions of payroll taxes.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual vs. budgeted performance.
• Data Analysis : Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
