Surgery - Vascular Physician

Location : Hampton, VA (but will get credentialed at 2 other hospitals in case overflow)

Duration : June - December

Reason for coverage : provider leaving

Schedule : 10 days / month

Shifts :

Hospital / Inpatient :

• 7AM 5PM (Tuesday Sunday)

Office :

Call : Possibly (may have 1-3 nights of weeknight call, but negotiable)

Patient volume :

o patients per day in office

o New patient Appointments are 30 minutes

o F / U appointments 15 minutes

o First Patient 08 : 30 Last Patient 16 : 30

Weeknight :

Weekend :

Scope : All skills required for a Board Certified Vascular Surgeon.

Preferred : Experience in Venous procedures.
