Director Of Infant & Toddler Program

The Lourie Center, Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Director of Infant & Toddler Program who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Director of Infant & Toddler Program you will :

Administer all personnel related aspects such as hiring, training, observing, and evaluating, terminating and ensuring compliance with all mandated standards and policies. Manage the daily operations of the MCITP program.

Develop and present new staff orientation.

Develop and maintain tracking systems, protocols, policies, procedures and manuals.

Collect, review, edit, approve and process information for monthly billing and productivity reports.

Assist in the development and monitoring of monthly and annual budgets.

Monitor quality control and grant compliance.

Develop and maintain partnerships with MCITP program staff, Montgomery County Public School Site Coordinators and DHHS staff.

Qualifications include :

Masters Degree in business or health related field

Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in social service, healthcare setting, including supervisory / admin responsibilities.

Work Schedule :

Support team at the 5 sites (rounding) and work with the site coordinators Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Range :

$71,932.12 - $107,889.60

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as : United States of America (Exempt)
