A company is looking for a Salesforce FSM Consultant.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field Service Management solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design FSM workflows and mobile workforce management
Integrate FSM with other Service Cloud and third-party systems
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or administration, with 2-3 years focused on Field Service Management
Salesforce certifications such as Field Service Consultant or Administrator
Strong understanding of FSM components and optimization techniques
Experience with declarative tools and basic Apex / Lightning components
Experience in the healthcare industry
