Job Summary
The Manager of Identity and Access Management drives initiatives in designing, building, and supporting Role-Based Access Controls, automated and manual processes for provisioning and deprovision access for assigned clinical and business systems and applications in
support of advancing patient care delivery. Manages tier 1 IT support services for internal clients, directs technical solutions that address their business needs.
Ensures resolution of tier 2 and 3 issues by initiating escalations to the appropriate support work center. Ensures incidents and resolutions and resolution actions are properly documented using the Service NOW application.
Responsibilities include coordinating with all key shareholders responsible for the successful on and off boarding of personnel to deliver day-one productivity and initiate problem resolution and support activities for all assigned business and clinical applications.
Works across multiple functional and technical groups, educates technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively manages expectations, facilitates negotiations, and helps establish department priorities.
Drives project delivery within established time frames, budget and scope while delivering business value and simultaneously planning for and managing future requirements.
Promotes and always facilitates a teamwork environment.
Pay Range
Minimum $124,941 Midpoint $165,548 Maximum $206,156
Experience
Required : Minimum three (3) years of formal and / or informal leadership in Identity and Access Management, Application Analyst support, or similar experience.
Experience in defining RBAC requirements and processes within the context of a technical design session. Experience in defining and documenting access control procedures and standards, and a working knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Preferred : Minimum six (6) years of formal and / or informal leadership in Identity and Access Management, Application Analyst support, or similar experience.
Education
- Required : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible Identity and Access Management related experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Preferred : Master's degree or work towards master’s degree in Information Technology or related.
Training
Required : Active Directory and Identity Management Administration.
Specialized Skills
- Required : Demonstrated expertise of active directory, security group and application entitlement management. Demonstrated expertise in the use of Identity Lifecycle Management and Role Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Excellent analytical and organization skills;
excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job.
Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area. Strong attention to detail, vigilance, poise, and composure in stressful situations.
Licensure
Required : Identity Management Institute Certified Identity and Access Manager certification within 12 months of accepting the position.
