Job Summary :
Responsible for handling all legal matters pertaining to bankruptcy and / or foreclosure cases placed with the law firm. This includes, but is not limited to, hearings, pleadings, oversight and working with the clerical staff that supports this vertical as well ask assisting the Managing Director with special projects and business development.
