Construction / War Room Coordinator

Selectek is looking for a Construction / War Room Coordinator to support the Project Manager by maintaining document control and database management while tracking project activities and coordinating team communications and scheduling to ensure project goals are accomplished within the time frame and budget parameters.

Required :

• 2+ years of project admin / construction coordinator experience required
• HS graduate or equivalent required (specialized training or education may be substituted for part of the experience)
• Strong background in data analytics and data entry
• Technical / mechanical troubleshooting is a strong plus
• AT&T experience a big plus
• Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines required
• Expert in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Track and manage subcontractor deployments to site to troubleshoot through completion
• Manage costs for each visit
• Be comfortable directly working with subcontractors on updates and scheduling
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Excel (Strong computer-based background would be advised)
• Ability to work early / late hours when necessary for updates from GCs for urgent ATT deployment needs

I would like to add that technical / mechanical troubleshooting is a strong plus here. Even if it's not in Telecom, generally people who have some sort of troubleshooting background will do well in this position.

Pay Range : $27 / hr. - $31.25 / hr.

Term of assignment : 1 year+ Temp (indefinite)

Pay Method when Direct : Hourly

Location of Job : Remote

Hours & Shift : Monday - Friday; 8AM 5PM; flex on hours (open to starting as early as 6 : 30a.m.)

WFH : Yes

Remote : Yes Eastern (Preferred) or Central Time Zones

Overtime : Not much expected

Travel : No

Does the client require a background check? Yes (Need to add DMV, & employment verification, U.S citizenship required)

Drug Screen : 10 panel - No exception for marijuana, even with medical card
