Job Description
The Property Coordinator will support a busy property management office by working closely with property management, accounting, and legal teams to oversee day-to-day operations. This role is heavily administrative, with responsibilities including preparing and maintaining tenant records, handling phone inquiries, supporting lease administration, and ensuring smooth office operations. Strong computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A bachelor’s degree and an eagerness to build a career in real estate are required, while experience with RealPage and bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese are considered strong pluses. This full-time, onsite position offers a base salary of $45,000, eligibility for quarterly and leasing bonuses, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, and free parking.
