Job descriptionOversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality in food preparation and presentation. Develop and execute innovative menus that reflect authentic Japanese flavors, utilizing fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Source seafood from the finest fish markets in Tokyo and Hawaii to maintain the authenticity and quality of our dishes. Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe kitchen. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-end Japanese or Asian-inspired restaurant. Expertise in traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine, with a creative approach to menu development. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Our restaurant offers a fresh and innovative take on traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine, providing rare and unique dining options that have garnered significant acclaim, including recognition from Eater Atlanta, Jezebel, and Atlanta Magazine as one of the city's top spots for sushi.
