HonorVet Technologies is seeking a local contract nurse RN Occupational Health for a local contract nursing job in Logansport, Indiana. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Occupational Health Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Title : RN-Occupational health Location : 2125 S Co Rd 125 W, Logansport, IN 46947 Duration : 13 weeks Shift : This is for 2 positions with different schedules : the 1st is 6am-2pm Monday-Thursday and Saturdays. The 2nd is 7am-3pm Tuesday-Friday and Saturdays. Description : Provide nursing care for occupational and non-occupational conditions including emergency care / stabilization and minor first aid treatment. Perform post-offer health assessments for new hires. Nursing documentation. Maintain confidentiality of Team Members records. Other duties as assigned. Requirements : Current encumbered RN license in the state of practice.
