POSITION : Assistant Medical Director

RESPONSIBILITIES : The Assistant Medical Director will report to the Medical Director (CMO) and provide clinical supervision and leadership to all clinical staff. You will assist in establishing and providing direction for medical policies and standards, ensuring compliance with our mission regarding medical practices, and overseeing quality of care and compliance for our mental health and substance abuse clients.

The Assistant Medical Director will step in as Acting Medical Director in the absence of the Medical Director.

REQUIREMENTS : We are looking for a leader with the ability to connect with practitioners and a sensitivity to the Latino population. Experience in clinical financial management and supervision of medical residents is needed. Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS : Candidates must possess a dependable automobile with insurance and a valid California Driver's License. A drug test will be required as a precondition for employment, along with proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster, TB test, Hepatitis B vaccination, and any other required documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS : Candidates must possess a Medical Degree, a California State Medical License, and must be Board Certified.
