About the Opportunity :
Seeking an experienced Account Executive to focus on selling Brokerage and Asset services. We have built a best-in-class reputation for providing excellent customer service through honesty, dedication, and hard work, which in turn, has produced long-term partnerships with a wide variety of customers, and we are looking to grow that base even more.
- Full Time Status 40 hrs / week, Monday Friday, 7 am to 4 pm ET
- Pay structure is base pay with uncapped commissions commensurate with experience.
- Required to be onsite 2 times a month
Required Skills / Abilities :

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments
Education and Experience :
Required
- Associate's degree or 2 years of applicable transportation sales experience
- 6 months of truckload brokerage or asset sales experience
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred
- 2 years of truckload brokerage or asset sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
Duties :
- Aggressively seek new accounts through actions such as cold calling by phone or in person, searching the Internet, industry contacts, or attending transportation functions
- Hunt and prospect for new customers in areas deemed favorable
- Maintain regular follow-up contact with potential accounts
- Close and maintain new accounts with the help of an entire operations team
- Keep up to date on market conditions and competition and inform your customers
- Quote business to meet profitability goals selling service over price
- This is a hunter only role, supported by an entire operations team
