Key Responsibilities

• Attending meetings with customers and providing delivery status and commitments
• Attend department meetings, manage actions and conduct follow-up with owners
• Identify long lead parts such as castings, bearings, gears, etc. and gather historical lead time data ensuring orders are released in a timely fashion.
• Work with internal customers such as engineering, Quality, shop floor, shipping and receiving, and other departments.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of manufacturing plans as well as hold assembly readiness meetings
• Occasionally work with external suppliers to follow up on lead times, schedule and ship dates.
• Work with shop floor operations supporting personnel to provide priorities
• Provide status updates to the Program Managers and Value Stream Leaders and also update external customer
