Key Responsibilities
Design and manage systems for collecting and organizing customer feedback
Facilitate collaboration between customer-facing teams and product management
Identify and resolve operational roadblocks to streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product operations for product teams
2+ years of experience running voice of the customer programs
Deep understanding of product development lifecycles
Experience with product lifecycle tools (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude)
Hands-on problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments
