United Bankers' Bank is seeking a Vice President Credit Administration Manager to help safeguard the strength and stability of our loan portfolio, drive credit quality, and guide policy with precision and purpose. Ideal candidate will be located in the Twin Cities and work a hybrid schedule in office 3 days per week, Tuesday - Thursday.
Essential Responsibilities
- Works with Chief Credit Officer to monitor overall loan portfolio trends.
- Seeks prompt employee recognition and communication of adverse credit trends in overall loan portfolio.
- Monitors annual loan review schedule via Abrigo Sageworks software.
- Provides oversight of any specific property moved onto the bank's balance sheet as Other Real Estate / Other Assets.
- Oversees the generation of financial statement spreadsheets and loan tickler exception reporting using Abrigo Sageworks software.
- Conducts appraisal reviews after initial review by a Portfolio Manager, and prior to the Chief Credit Officer's final review.
- Monitors Fed Funds borrowed by bank customers, including approvals, documenting collateral pledging, and completing the Monitoring banks report.
- Prepares month end and / or quarterly reporting of Watch-list and Non-accrual Loans, Risk Rating Changes, Letters of Credit Report, and any other board related reports assigned.
- Calculates the Allowance for Credit Losses (ACL).
- Reviews and updates the Loan Policy, ALLL Policy, and Fed Funds Policy with the assistance of the Chief Credit Officer.
- Monitors credit department procedures to ensure they are current with regulatory guidance.
- Interfaces with loan examiners / auditors.
- Presents to the UBB Board of Directors, in the absence of the Chief Credit Officer.
- Serves on multiple UBB committees :
o Loan Committee (non-voting)
o Special Assets Committee
o Other Real Estate Committee (Lead)
o Appraisal Committee (Lead)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Pay Range
