Overview
As a Senior Manager, Portfolio Management and Governance, you will play a critical role in overseeing the organization's strategic portfolio governance and managing the program and project management function. This role is accountable for the end-to-end management, organization, and execution of critical projects that have a significant impact on our business performance, as well as the governance processes that ensure projects are being managed with appropriate thought to resourcing, timelines, and risk and change management. With a specific emphasis on data-driven decision-making, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Ops / R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure the successful governance, planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership :
- Provide input the strategy in alignment with department and company goals and objectives.
- Provide direct leadership for a team of Project and Program Managers.
- Create and deliver executive-level communications and status updates on the business and technology modernization portfolio.
- Drive long-term strategic planning for core platform technology initiatives.
- Shape the future of the organization's technology landscape.
- Portfolio Governance :
- Oversee the portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational business objectives
- Analyze and report on portfolio investments to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Manage risks and prioritize projects based on business impact.
- Lead the enterprise intake function.
- Program and Project Management :
- Lead the company's Program Management office.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
- Relationship Management :
- Cultivate productive relationships with business users and their leaders.
- Provide leadership to support professionals (employees, contract employees, and vendors) both in technology and the business.
- Technical Expertise :
- Have a broad understanding of the company's business and technology landscape to support key technology decisions and prioritization most effectively.
Qualifications
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience7+ years proven experience in technology leadership, platform management, or service delivery.5+ years demonstrated experience leading direct reports5+ years demonstrated experience in executive level reporting and governance processesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.Proven experience with cloud platform implementations (e.g. Salesforce, NetSuite, Brightree, etc.)Knowledge & Skills :

$115,600 - $173,250
