The responsibilities of a Remote Experience Coordinator include calling customers, and scheduling appointments as needed and communicating with customers regarding service updates. They will be in charge of scheduling our Mobile Service Technician for Factory Recalls and also handling all vehicle pick up and deliveries.
Responsibilities :
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Establish follow up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
